Springtime At Fraser’s Ridge Terms & Conditions

Terms and Conditions:

• Clan Fraser NC, LLC  (hereinafter referred to as CFNC) is the host of Springtime at Fraser’s Ridge (hereinafter referred to as SAFR). 
• By purchasing an admission ticket to SAFR, you are agreeing to ALL  Terms & Conditions listed below. 
• By purchasing an admission ticket, you agree that you have read and agree to the information regarding COVID-19 HERE.
• CFNC and SAFR are in no way affiliated with or endorsed by Sony, Starz or Diana Gabaldon.
• CFNC is for adults 18 years of age or older. 
• Ticket price is $1195 + 7% sales tax. 
• A ticket may be purchased by paying the full ticket price OR a non-refundable deposit of $350. Payments in installments are welcome for the remaining balance. The remaining balance is due in full by March 31, 2022. 
• The deadline for requests for refunds of payments made, minus the non-refundable deposit, is March 31, 2022. Refund policy can be found here.
• Travel insurance is strongly recommended. By purchasing a ticket to SAFR, the Ticket Holder acknowledges that SAFR has strongly recommended the purchase of travel insurance by the ticket holder and has read and agrees to CFNC’s Refund/Cancellation Policy. CFNC IS UNABLE TO GIVE RAIN CHECKS!
• CFNC reserves the right to deny or refuse admission to any person for any reason deemed necessary by CFNC. 
• CFNC will not tolerate misconduct of any kind. If a guest is behaving in an unlawful, distasteful, disrespectful or unacceptable manner, that guest will be removed without a refund.  Please be considerate of others during any of the workshops, events, activities, guest appearances and performances. Failure to do so will result in your removal. 
• CFNC does not accept any responsibility for personal injury or loss related to SAFR before, during or after SAFR.  All activities are deemed “at your own risk” and by purchasing a ticket, the Ticket Holder acknowledges he/she has read the Waiver & Release of Liability and agrees to its terms.
• As part of the ticket price, our Special Guests will be available for a two-hour Q & A panel, a two-hour autograph & photo session and a three-hour dinner on Saturday, May 21.
• At their discretion, any of our Special Guests may also attend any other activities/meals on any other day of the event, May 19 – 21.  If this occurs, Ticket Holder agrees not to ask for autographs or photos during those times unless invited to do so by the Special Guest.
• Ticket Holders must bring their own photos/items for autographing during the autograph/photo sessions.
• Should any special guest appearances have to be canceled due to circumstances beyond CFNC’s control, CFNC will make every effort to find a replacement for the cancellation. In the event no replacement can be contracted, no refund will be given to the Ticket Holder. 
• By purchasing a ticket to SAFR, the ticket holder agrees to have their image displayed on the CFNC website or any other social media site for the purposes of promotion, news and blog articles. Any images or videos taken at the event by CFNC are the sole property of CFNC, and by purchasing a ticket, the holder of the ticket renounces all rights to any compensation for CFNC’s use of these images.  
• SAFR is a Rain or Shine event. Many activities take place outdoors. Please bring an umbrella, poncho, rainboots and/or suitable rain gear.
• Tickets to SAFR do NOT include accommodations, travel or any other additional expenses incurred by the Ticket Holder, including alcoholic beverages and some workshops.
• A majority of the SAFR facilities (the term “facilities” does not include cabins used for accommodations) at Leatherwood Mountains Resort are handicapped accessible. The Hendrix Cabin, where some activities will be held, is not accessible. If you require handicapped accommodations at Leatherwood, please check with the resort directly as not all accommodations are handicapped accessible.
• Check in to SAFR is from 9:30 AM until 3:30 PM on May 19, 2022, at Leatherwood Mountains Resort (bring official ID).  At the time of check in, you will receive a name badge. This is your ticket, and it must be worn at all times. Anyone not wearing the name badge issued at check in will be asked for identification and may be asked to leave if identification cannot be verified. If you plan to check in at a time other than what is listed, please notify CFNC by email at carolyn@ncsassenachtours.com.
• NO pets are allowed at any of the scheduled workshops, presentations, demonstrations or meals at FRH. Exception: Registered service animals only. 
• A CASH bar will be available at each dinner and a whiskey tasting will be available at registration. A valid ID will be required to purchase alcoholic beverages or participate in the whiskey tasting. PLEASE DRINK ALCOHOL RESPONSIBLY.  Neither CFNC or any of the vendors that supply alcohol or samples will assume any responsibility for a guest that drinks irresponsibly.
