I have read & agree to the following Terms & Conditions for sharing accommodations.

This agreement shall be between Carolyn Baker, Clan Fraser NC, LLC, and the renter/financially responsible party of rental property where space in said rental property has been offered in the Springtime at Fraser’s Ridge (May 19-21,2022) cabin share program. By signing this agreement, renter agrees to the following:

Cabin share renter will state what spaces are available and the capacity for those spaces in the rental property.

Cabin share renter will state price per space for entire length of stay. (A queen bed would be 2 spaces unless otherwise noted by renter.)

Cabin share renter will be given contact information by the lodging liaison of all cabin share attendees staying in the rental property. Cabin share renter is responsible for all communication to cabin share attendees in said rental property.

Cabin share renter agrees to provide a means for transfer of monies/rent between renter and cabin share attendees.

Cabin share renter agrees to share rental information and entry information with cabin share attendees as well as Carolyn Baker and the lodging liaison in a timely manner before event (no later than 1 week prior to rental start date.)

Covid protocol, if applicable: Cabin share renter is responsible for stating protocol for common areas in rental property.
